Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between your company and [Legal entity name] (“we”) for the use of crewster.pro. By creating a company or using the service, you agree to them.

Who can use it

crewster.pro is for businesses in the United States. The person who creates a company must be allowed to accept these terms on the company’s behalf.

Accounts and roles

Each person has one role: Owner, Manager, Crew lead, Crew member or Customer. The Owner is responsible for who is invited and what role they get. Keep sign-in links and passwords private.

Plans, seats and billing

There are two plans, Basic and Advanced, billed yearly or monthly. Each includes 1 office seat and 3 crew seats. Extra office seats are $25/mo and extra crew seats are$12/mo. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Your data

Your company’s data stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service. You’re responsible for having permission to store your customers’ details and to send them invoices and portal invitations.

Text messages

crewster.pro can text your crew their invitations and sign-in codes and, if you switch them on, text your customers about their visits. Only switch customer texts on for customers who agreed to get texts from your company; you’re responsible for that permission. Anyone can reply STOP to stop texts from crewster.pro’s number, and they won’t be texted again unless they reply START. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use crewster.pro for anything unlawful.
• Don’t use invoices, invitations, texts or the portal to send spam.
• Don’t try to reach another company’s data or disrupt the service.

Other services

Maps and routing use Google Maps. QuickBooks Online sync uses Intuit’s service. Their own terms apply to your use of them.

The service

crewster.pro is an early-stage product and will change as we improve it. It’s provided as is, and we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
